The Indianapolis World Music Chorus is an innovative non-auditioned vocal ensemble of teens and and adults from the greater central Indiana region. We strive for musical excellence in the performance of world vocal ensemble music, with authenticity, respect, and celebration! The Indianapolis World Music Chorus was founded by Meagan Johnson in 2014.

Please consider joining us for our next season in 2016-2017! Sight-reading skills and prior choral experience are not required, as all songs will be taught by example – some will have printed music, others will be taught by ear. But you must be enthusiastic, be able to match pitch, and be able to hold your own part when singing in harmony.

Please contact Meagan for tuition, scholarship, and registration information, if you have any questions, OR if you’d like to try out your first rehearsal before committing to the year.

I look forward to singing with you!

Before you go, please sign up below for the IWMC email list to stay in the loop about rehearsals, concerts, and events!
